INDUSTRY is an leading journal of national importance focusing on sustainable economics including development, resources and welfare. It is published quarterly, since 1973 by Economics Institute, Belgrade and supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of Serbia.
INDUSTRY is electronically edited journal using ASEESTANT portal with assigned DOI numbers to each article. All manuscripts are tested by plagiarism detection software – ITHENTICATE. We publish original scientific papers which previously were not published in any form and which include research results based on scientific methodology.

The mission of academic journal INDUSTRY is to be the source of information based on the sustainable economic development issues.
The vision of editorial board and publisher is to develop INDUSTRY as a journal publishing highly relevant, professionally prepared articles, with permanent increase in its international impact, with the objective to be included in SCI list within forthcoming years.
The scope of scientific journal INDUSTRY is based on the JEL classification in the fields of economic development, technological change, as well as business economics.
All articles accepted by Editors are subject to a double-blind peer review that provides an independent assessment of the article’s quality and relevance with respect to INDUSTRY standards. If accepted by the reviewers, the authors will be informed on the Editor’s decision considering the papers’ acceptability for publication and required modifications.
Papers that in their empirical section have multy country or regional approach are preffered.
